This lovely necklace is one of a kind and assembled together in the mountains of Colorado.
This necklace was inspired by the Denver Vampire Ball's 2017 theme of Return to Winter's Palace. It has a white appliqué that plunges lower, covering the chest. There is a lovely faux gem faceted to the skull that is surrounded by sparkly small gems. The rows of silver chains hanging from below the skulls are attached to the appliqué to give the necklace a vampiric look. It has a timeless Victorian Gothic appeal.
The skull is dyed very carefully by me using a very special organic process to give it that aged look without hurting the integrity of the skull.
The skull is about 3 inches in length and 2 inches in width.
It is sewn on just below where the average person's chin.
The necklace has two laces so you can tie it on where you find it comfortable. Tie it into a cute bow and you are ready for the ball!
*Quick word on my bones:
I come about finding my bones and skulls in a variety of ways. I sometimes find them in nature or on the side of the road. A lot of times they are given to me as gifts. Sometimes I buy them from a local merchant, who buys them from somewhere else, but assures me that they are not killed for the skull.
The necklace has two satin laces to adjust the length of the necklace.
Spot clean if necessary.
The necklace takes 3-5 business days to get this in the mail, sometimes more depending on how many orders I have. If the necklace is made to order, it takes 21 business days to get to shipping, depending on work load at the time.
I ship USPS and it usually takes 2-3 business days for a package to arrive in the United States, 6-10 business days to arrive in Canada, and about 2 weeks to arrive in Australia. I cannot guarantee package arrival after I drop it off at the post office but it's always been fairly accurate.
